STUDIO CHILDREN POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
RareHouse Digital Productions is a professional production studio designed for photography, videography, branding, and media creation. To maintain a safe, controlled, and professional environment for all clients, staff, and creatives, we strictly enforce the following Child Policy.
This policy exists for safety, liability, insurance compliance, workflow efficiency, and professional standards.
Strict No-Children Policy (Unless They Are Being Photographed or Filmed)
Children are not permitted in the studio unless they are the scheduled subject of the session.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Infants
-
Toddlers
-
Young children
-
Pre-teens
-
Teenagers
Children may not accompany clients, models, photographers, videographers, makeup artists, stylists, or guests unless they are actively participating in the scheduled shoot.
If a child is not listed as a subject of the session, they are not allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
No Waiting Children – No Lobby Exceptions
RareHouse Digital Productions does not allow children to wait in the lobby, hallways, studio space, or any common areas.
This includes:
-
Sitting quietly
-
Using phones, tablets, or headphones
-
Being supervised by another adult or guest
-
Waiting “just for a few minutes”
-
Waiting while a parent or guardian completes a session
The studio is not a waiting area or childcare environment.
If a client arrives with a child who is not scheduled to be photographed or filmed, the session will not proceed.
Sessions Involving Minors (Under 18)
When the scheduled subject of the session is under the age of 18:
-
A parent or legal guardian must be present at all times
-
The parent or guardian must remain on-site for the entire duration of the session
-
The parent or guardian is responsible for the child’s behavior, safety, and cooperation
-
Only one parent or guardian is permitted unless otherwise approved in advance
Parents or guardians may not bring additional children who are not part of the session.
