How to Create Your Favorites List

(Password-Protected Client Gallery)

Your gallery is private and secure. Follow these steps to choose your favorite images and organize them for retouching.

1. Access Your Private Gallery

• Click the personal gallery link sent to you.

• Enter the password provided by RareHouse Digital Productions.

• Your private gallery will open.

2. Lightly Click an Image ONE Time to Reveal Options

• Do not open the image.

• Simply tap or click the photo once on the grid.

• This reveals your action icons directly on the thumbnail:
  Heart (Favorite), Add to List, Download, and Share.

3. Sign Up or Log In (Required Before Favoriting or Creating Lists)

The moment you click:

• The heart icon, or

• The Add to List option

—you will be prompted to sign up or log in.

You must complete this step to save favorites and create lists.

Sign up with:

• Your name

• Your email

• A password

Or log in to your existing account.

4. Add the Image to a List

Once you are signed in and click the heart or "Add to List":

• A menu will appear with your available lists.

• Tap the heart next to the list name to add the image.

You can:

1. Add to an existing list

   • Example: Favorites

2. Create a new list

   • Select “Create New List.”

   • Name it (example: “Retouch”).

   • Save it, then click the heart next to “Retouch.”

Note: After adding an image to a list, the gallery will return to the top. This is normal—just scroll down to continue.

5. View and Manage Your Lists

• Click “Favorites,” “Lists,” or the heart icon at the top of your gallery.

• Select any list such as “Retouch.”

• To remove an image, simply un-heart it within that list.

6. No Need to Send Anything — We Automatically See Your Lists

• We automatically receive access to your lists.

• There is no need to share, send, or email anything.

• When you are done selecting, your list is already visible on our end.
