STUDIO POLICIES

Welcome to RareHouse Digital Productions. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review and adhere to our studio policies.

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here and on our website.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your session will result in the forfeiture of your retainer, and no refund will be issued.
RareHouse Digital Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time.
The studio must be left in the same condition as found. Any damages or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
Smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol, and weapons are strictly prohibited inside the studio and on business premises.
Any violation of conduct policies will result in immediate termination of the session, and session fees may be forfeited.

Clients are responsible for handling all studio equipment with care.
Any damage to equipment or props will be charged to the client.
The delivery of your gallery will be withheld until all damages are fully compensated.
If damage occurs, RareHouse Digital Productions reserves the right to hold the entire gallery until full compensation for the damages has been received.
Specific equipment requests must be made in advance to ensure availability.

Outfit Changes: Unlimited outfit changes are allowed; however, each outfit change deducts from your allotted session time.
Background Changes: Complimentary background changes are permitted and do not affect your session time.

Clients and guests assume all risks associated with using the studio.
RareHouse Digital Productions is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or lost belongings during studio usage.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold RareHouse Digital Productions harmless from any claims arising from their session.

RareHouse Digital Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our studio values.
We reserve the right to refuse entry if you smell like illegal substances or drugs. We run a professional business, and it should be treated as such.

For any participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the entire session.

Sessions must conclude at the agreed-upon time.
Any time beyond the scheduled session will incur additional fees at our hourly rate.
Extra time will be purchased and discussed with a lead photographer on site for cost and availability.
Overtime is subject to studio availability and must be approved by studio staff.

Clients must maintain proper hygiene, especially for makeup and wardrobe changes.
Any excessive mess (glitter, confetti, liquids, etc.) must be cleaned before leaving or will result in a cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed in the studio unless pre-approved for specific shoots.

Clients are not allowed to record or take behind-the-scenes footage of other clients without consent.

We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
