RareHouse Digital Productions Policies
By booking any photography session with RareHouse Digital Productions, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, as well as the complete Terms & Conditions available on our website. ✅ Full Online Payment & Retainer: Every session is secured with full online payment, which serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your session date and time. ✅ Agreement to Terms: By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here and on our website. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy ✅ Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your session will result in the forfeiture of your retainer, and no refund will be issued. Conduct & Safety Policy ✅ Prohibited Substances & Items: Our studio and all business premises maintain a strict no smoking, drugs, alcohol, or weapons policy. This applies both inside the building and on any business grounds. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session and potential forfeiture of your session fee. Damage Policy ✅ Studio & Equipment Damage: Any damage to our studio or equipment incurred during your session will result in the client being charged and held responsible. The delivery of your gallery will be withheld until all damages are fully compensated. Guest Policy ✅ Extra Guest Allowance: You may bring one extra guest for support purposes only. This guest is not permitted to participate in the shooting process. Session Details ✅ Outfit & Background Changes: Outfit Changes: Unlimited outfit changes are allowed; please note that each outfit change deducts from your allotted session time. Background Changes: Background changes are complimentary and do not affect your session time. Right to Refuse Service ✅ Service Refusal: RareHouse Digital Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to our core studio values. Under-18 Policy ✅ Parental/Guardian Presence: For any participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the entire session. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies.
