RareHouse Digital Productions Policies
✅ Full Online Payment & Retainer All sessions require full online payment to secure your booking. This payment serves as a non-refundable retainer to reserve your session date and time. ✅ Agreement to Terms By booking an on-location session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined here and on our website. ✅ Notice Requirement Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your retainer, and no refund will be issued. ✅ Weather Policy In the case of inclement weather (rain, extreme temperatures, or hazardous conditions), we allow one complimentary reschedule based on photographer availability. ✅ Prohibited Substances & Items We maintain a strict no smoking, drugs, alcohol, or weapons policy at all on-location shoots. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund issued. ✅ Location Permits & Fees If your chosen location requires a permit or entry fee, the client is responsible for obtaining and covering all associated costs before the session. Failure to secure required permits in advance may result in session cancellation without a refund. ✅ Client Responsibility Clients assume full responsibility for any damage to property or injury caused during the session. RareHouse Digital Productions is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during an on-location shoot. ✅ Extra Guest Allowance You may bring one extra guest for support during the session. This guest is not permitted to interfere with the shooting process. ✅ Outfit & Background Changes Outfit Changes: Unlimited outfit changes are allowed; however, each change deducts from your allotted session time. Location Changes: Additional locations must be within a 5-mile radius of the initial shoot location and must be pre-approved. Extended travel or additional locations may require an extra fee. ✅ Service Refusal RareHouse Digital Productions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive to the shoot. ✅ Parental/Guardian Presence For any participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for the entire session.
