RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ is a paid, digitally delivered, independently developed third-party software plugin.

By purchasing this software, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, limitations, and disclaimers outlined in each Product Info Section, including:

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have been provided the opportunity to review these terms before ordering.

Your use of the software is also subject to the License & Terms agreement presented during installation.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT, DOCUMENTATION & FINAL TERMS

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ is developed by RareHouse Technology Solutions and distributed with customer documentation explaining installation, functionality, limitations, and licensing.

When requesting assistance, include:

• Order reference.

• Adobe Photoshop version.

• Operating system.

• Description of the issue.

• Relevant screenshots, when available.

Do not provide confidential client artwork unless you voluntarily choose to share it for troubleshooting.

Technical support does not guarantee that every reported issue can be resolved.

Customers are responsible for reading the supplied ReadMe documentation and in-application License & Terms agreement.

The plugin displays a separate license agreement that must be accepted before use. Local acceptance records are not license-key activation or purchase verification.

These website disclosures supplement the accompanying software agreement and the terms presented at checkout. They do not override any specific commitments made in the purchase offer or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAREHOUSE HALFTONE RETROLAB™ IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility with every computer or software configuration, or suitability for every particular commercial purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the software, including:

• Lost, damaged, or corrupted artwork.

• Lost working time or productivity.

• Printing errors or wasted materials.

• Missed project or production deadlines.

• Lost revenue or anticipated profits.

• Loss of business opportunities.

• Third-party software compatibility issues.

To the extent legally permitted, the combined aggregate liability of RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions arising from a software purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected license.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these warranty disclaimers and liability limitations to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

ARTWORK PROTECTION & PRINT PRODUCTION DISCLAIMER

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ processes digital artwork and may alter image colors, transparency, layers, dimensions, resolution, and other image properties.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THEIR ORIGINAL FILES.

Before using the software, customers should:

• Save an untouched original copy.

• Create a separate working file.

• Maintain independent project backups.

• Inspect changes before applying or saving.

• Verify transparency, colors, dimensions, and fine details.

• Review final artwork before commercial printing.

• Conduct test prints before full production.

Removing black or white from artwork may also remove matching colors within lettering, graphics, and important details.

Automatic background removal may produce imperfect selections or miss fine details.

Halftone and distressed effects may intentionally create transparent areas.

The 300 DPI preparation feature resizes artwork but cannot restore image information missing from the original file.

Processing uses raster output in 8-bit sRGB. The software does not provide CMYK separations, white underbase creation, or RIP functionality.

Photoshop Undo and History functions are not substitutes for properly saved backups.

RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions do not guarantee suitability for every printing method, printer, transfer system, fabric, or production workflow.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for backing up, inspecting, testing, and approving artwork before final use or production.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

A valid purchase grants the license holder permission to use RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ for personal and commercial creative work on devices they control.

Permitted activities include creating original artwork, apparel designs, printed merchandise, and client projects using the software.

Customers retain ownership of artwork they legally own.

However, the plugin itself remains the intellectual property of RareHouse Technology Solutions.

THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD.

Unless authorized in writing or permitted by applicable law, customers may not:

• Resell or redistribute the plugin.

• Share installation files with unauthorized parties.

• Upload copies for public downloading.

• Give away or sublicense the software.

• Distribute modified or repackaged copies.

• Claim ownership of the software or its source code.

Backup copies may be maintained for the license holder's permitted use.

Purchasers are responsible for obtaining appropriate rights to third-party images, fonts, logos, trademarks, and other content.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these usage and redistribution restrictions and understand that software ownership remains with RareHouse Technology Solutions.

LIFETIME LICENSE — VERSION-SPECIFIC PURCHASE

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ is offered as a one-time-purchase software license.

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the specific software release purchased, subject to the applicable license agreement.

IMPORTANT: A LIFETIME LICENSE APPLIES ONLY TO THE VERSION PURCHASED.

For example, purchasing RareHouse Halftone RetroLab version 1.1.1 grants lifetime usage rights to version 1.1.1.

This purchase does NOT automatically include:

• Earlier software versions.

• Newer software versions.

• Future major updates or releases.

• Separately released editions.

• Additional RareHouse software products.

• Unlimited technical support.

• Guaranteed compatibility with future Adobe Photoshop or operating system updates.

Newer releases may be sold separately and may require an additional purchase.

Any updates, upgrades, or support expressly included in the offer presented at checkout will remain included according to that offer.

A lifetime license refers to the duration of permission to use the purchased release. It does not guarantee indefinite compatibility with third-party software or hardware.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your lifetime license is restricted to the specific software version purchased and does not automatically include previous or future versions.

DIGITAL PRODUCT — ALL SALES FINAL

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ is digitally delivered software.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for this digital software purchase.

This includes refund requests based solely on:

• Changing your mind after purchase.

• Failure to review software compatibility requirements.

• Failure to follow provided installation instructions.

• Failure to understand disclosed software features or limitations.

• Dissatisfaction with the disclosed paid beta status.

• Expecting older or newer versions not included in the purchase.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review the complete product description, compatibility requirements, licensing restrictions, and beta disclosures before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy removes statutory consumer rights, including remedies required for defective, materially misrepresented, or undelivered digital products.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this digital product refund policy, including that voluntary refunds are not offered and all sales are final except where otherwise required by law.

PAID BETA SOFTWARE DISCLAIMER

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ version 1.1.1 (Build B1) is a PAID BETA software release.

This product is being distributed in its current development state.

As beta software, it may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, processing errors, compatibility limitations, or unexpected behavior.

RareHouse Technology Solutions does not guarantee that every feature will operate perfectly under all circumstances.

Future updates, improvements, or bug fixes may be released at the developer's discretion. Purchasing this version does not automatically grant access to separately released software versions.

Customers should always test the software on duplicate or noncritical artwork before using it for paid client projects or commercial production.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you understand and agree that you are purchasing paid beta software, not a guaranteed error-free final release, and accept the disclosed risks and limitations of beta software.

SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY & INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ version 1.1.1 requires:

• Adobe Photoshop Desktop 25.0 or newer.

• Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop for installation.

• RGB documents with 8-bit or 16-bit color channels.

• A maximum processing region of 60 million pixels.

• A compatible computer and operating system.

The software is delivered as a digital .ccx Photoshop plugin installer.

Customers must save their open Photoshop documents before installation. Open the supplied .ccx installer through the supported Adobe Creative Cloud installation process. Do not extract or modify the .ccx package.

Compatibility with every computer, operating system, Photoshop configuration, or future Adobe update is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing system requirements before purchasing.

PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By purchasing, you acknowledge the published software requirements and accept responsibility for verifying compatibility with your equipment and software.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE & ADOBE DISCLAIMER

RareHouse Halftone RetroLab™ is independently developed and published by RareHouse Technology Solutions and offered for sale by RareHouse Digital Productions as an authorized seller.

This product is a third-party plugin designed for use with Adobe Photoshop.

RareHouse Technology Solutions and RareHouse Digital Productions are NOT affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially supported by Adobe Inc.

Adobe Photoshop is NOT included with this purchase and must be obtained separately.

References to Adobe Photoshop are made solely to explain software compatibility and functionality.
