After placing your order, email your print-ready artwork to artwork@rarehousedp.com. Include your order number in the subject line so we can match your artwork to your order.

Please prepare your file using these guidelines:
File format: PDF preferred. High-resolution JPG or PNG files are also accepted.
Artwork size: Set your document to 8.5″ × 11″.
Guide margins: Place guides ⅛″ (0.125″) inside all four edges. Keep text, logos, and important details within these guides. Do not include guide lines in your exported file.
Bleed: No additional bleed is required. Your file should remain 8.5″ × 11″.
Resolution: Use 300 DPI at the intended print size for sharp images and clear text.
Fonts: Embed fonts or convert them to outlines when exporting your PDF.
Printing: Submit one page for front-only printing. The back will remain blank.
White Border Notice: These flyers include a visible, unprinted white border around the design. Background colors and images will not print to the paper’s edges. Your artwork will be fitted within the sheet’s printable area.
Include your name, order number, and any file instructions in your email. If you are submitting multiple designs, clearly label each file to match the items in your order.
Before sending, review your spelling, contact information, image quality, and layout. Your artwork should be complete and ready to print.
