After placing your order, email your print-ready artwork to artwork@rarehousedp.com. Include your order number in the subject line so we can match your artwork to your order.

Please prepare your file using these guidelines:
File format: A two-page PDF is preferred—page 1 for the front and page 2 for the back. High-resolution JPG or PNG files are also accepted; label each file clearly as “Front” or “Back.”
Artwork size: Set both sides to 8.5″ × 11″.
Guide margins: Place guides ⅛″ (0.125″) inside all four edges. Keep text, logos, and important details within these guides. Do not include guide lines in your exported files.
Bleed: No additional bleed is required. Each page should remain 8.5″ × 11″.
Resolution: Use 300 DPI at the intended print size for sharp images and clear text.
Fonts: Embed fonts or convert them to outlines when exporting your PDF.
Orientation: Submit both sides in their intended viewing orientation. Include instructions if your design requires a specific flip direction.
White Border Notice: These flyers are printed in full color on both sides and include a visible, unprinted white border around each design. Background colors and images will not print to the paper’s edges. Your artwork will be fitted within the sheet’s printable area.
Include your name, order number, and any file instructions in your email. If submitting multiple flyer designs, clearly identify the matching front and back for each one.
Before sending, review both sides for spelling, contact information, image quality, and layout. Your artwork should be complete and ready to print.
